Very poor on customer service and have stolen my merchandise from me when i sent it to get it repaired through yall Renee was extremely rude and did not care of all the money i put into my merchandise over time tge tv should have been repaired and given back Again that was theft

Having alot of trouble with these people i paid out my account i got a smart tv and a couch sofa with otterman they sent my ottermen for services about 6 months ago they've been telling me they will bring it to me but yesterday they told me they sent it to storage now im probably going to have to sue them i know what i paid for and i paid more than what its worth also my lg 60 in smart tv sent that in for services too they took my remote now they are saying they didnt take the remote with them anyone who has a smart tv knows you cant access the smart hub unless you have a remote at this point im extremely frusterated and exhausted with them i will NEVER do service with them again
