I would given it zero star the management is horrible so rude. the place is dirty and smells bad. I ordered 3 shake and asked for a receipts but they couldn't print it . I only received 2 shake and I told the manager I wanted the receipts( it is my right to get a receipts)  she tried but couldn't print it and started shaking and saying that she did not steal.. I told her I never accused her of anything but just want my receipts then she went on and told me that I was rude.

Customer service wasn't great, even after I found an hair in my yoghurt as i was about to pay for it. No apologies or anything. Cashiers were so stern and lacked hospitality. Plus they were trying to blame the hair on each other, in between, I threw the yoghurt away and was kind enough to go back to get another bowl. Now I felt I was also overcharged because two of my friends got separate bowls which both added to $12 and I got one bowl roughly the same size as one of my friends they rang me for $11.65. Idk what's going on here but these 2 Cashiers need to be nicer can do better. May or may not be visiting this location again.

Loved the lady behind the counter. I don't know if she was the owner or an employee, but she was so kind and welcoming. She would be a good reason to go back! I did love the lime and coconut flavors too!
