They send text messages that they will be coming by without getting confirmation from the customer, then they text again when they are on the way, again without getting confirmation that anyone is home. They should take the time to pick up the phone and call and confirm with the customer instead of scheduling something on their own and making a trip without confirming anything.

I have been having my pool "serviced" by this company for too long. I had various contractors working at my house who kept telling me that they were only there for 10 minutes every time. Now I am in need of new equipment, a pool draining and cleaning.
Technician has not called me to discuss repairs. Customer Service has not followed up to address the lack of cleaning.
