Really not one to leave reviews. Although Ive been put into a position to where I must. Please listen a consider carefully before visiting these dental offices for your care. After many, many visits was finally told it will just take time for my new complete set of dentures to fit my mouth. Now that its been slightly over a year. After trying just about every denture adhesive you can purchase. I have to just accept that the nearly $11,000 thousand dollars spent (this amount includes the dental insurance covered). I now feel as though this was nothing more than a money grab, (not saying it was), just saying thats how it feels. Perhaps the lab they use simply has made them incorrectly. Top denture does not even come close to fitting my jaw line, they barely stay in my mouth even with multiple applications of adhesive daily. If I even think of eating or drinking anything its over, they will loosen and fall out within minutes. The bottom denture has been unusable all this time due to it absolutely not fitting my jaw line. Does matter how much adhesive is used or how often, they simply dont fit my jaw line.The bottom denture has simply stayed in the box they provided to me when I received them. I tried to explain this to Dr. V and his staff on many different visits to their offices, just to be told they will eventually fit. Im now to the point of saving up as much money as I can to go to a different dental facility for their help in getting me new dentures that will fit my jaw lines. If I would have just trusted my gut feeling in the beginning of all this. I wouldnt have wasted so much time and wasted, yes, just completely wasted so much money. I feel completely taken advantage of. Completely fooled by these people. I wish more than anything they could/would make this right with me. I will gladly update this review if they decide to follow up on my review of their establishments.

If you like LONG WAITS, RUDE EMPLOYEES, and TERRIBLE SERVICE this is the place for you! But if you decide to give it a shot, you might want to bring a blanket and a snack because you're going to be waiting for hours before you even see a dental chair.

We appreciated that they were able to take my husband so quickly with the pain he was in. However the dentists bedside manner was non existent. He never spoke to my husband. Performed two extractions and did not explain any aftercare instructions. My husband said he will never go back.

My experience here today was not the best. My appointment was at 3 PM.
I wasn't seeing till almost 4 and I didn't leave until almost 6 PM.
Staff here was a bit unprofessional, in my opinion. The assistants supposed to be helping The dentist did not have everything that she needed. Ready nd available to work on my mouth The dentist was very nice woman. But I just thought it was odd from my previous experiences at other dentist offices that I was so numb that i wouldnt be able to tell her if my bite felt right. Hours later, the numming on the top jaw is completely gone. However, the bottom jaw is still numb at 9 PM I can feel my mouth though and the bite definitely feels weird. The two front teeth in the bottom feel like they've been moved because of the work that was done. My dentist seemed a bit stressed out by the unprofessionalism update from yesterday 02/21/24 I don't know what the dentist did wrong but now everytime I eat I'm experiencing a sharp pain in my jaw kinda behind my teeth on the right side. Now I'm tryna figure out if I wanna go back there or go somewhere more professional.
