UTCU has never let me down! Employees (and Manager) have always had a smile on their face, patient and friendly. I don't feel like a "member" - it really does feel like seeing friends. Every transaction has been treated equally important and issues were taken care of immediately! I LOVE my UTCU at 2838 N Loop 1604 E Suite 117, San Antonio, TX 78232!

A loud and enthusiastic 20+ year member "shout out" of commendation to the United Texas Loan Department Team and Service Superstars Gordon Chin & Jon Llanes! Gordon was a wealth of knowledge, insight, and speedy assistance with all my loan arrangements for a luxury auto purchase recently; and, when the dealership failed to respond to the drafting instructions in a timely manner, Jon had Gordon's back as any committed team member/coworker would and kindly provided me with detailed insight and confirmation that processes were not followed by the dealership and that customer service and the needs of the member come first at United Texas FCU. At not time was the dealership "thrown under the bus" (they did that to themselves) by Jon. Instead he politely explained the options offered to the dealership - which explained the origin of the service failure. These gentlemen, Gordon and Jon, are shining examples that teamwork and excellence in member services is alive and well, thriving even, at United Texas FCU! Well done gentlemen!

Ive been with this bank for about 10 years along with my family, its a good bank and nice staff. The only reason I gave 3 stars id because every time me or one of my family members come across a employee named “Robert” he is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. At first I figured maybe he was having a bad day but It wasn't one or two times, it’s literally every single time we encounter him. Its shocking because everyone else here is SO sweet!
