I had high hopes based on the reviews but I probably should have known by the high cost this would be a waste. Im extremely disappointed with the service I received and no communication during the process until I asked for it. When I contacted the office about my dissatisfaction I was told I should pay down debt rather than dispute it which to me would have been valuable and honest advice during the consultation, not after the fact. I was also told there were no guarantees or promises which may be the case but I would never expect someone to fully pay for a service theyre unhappy with. UPDATE: since this business felt the need to lie in their reply - my credit score did not even improve by 10 points. Additionally I did not get a month free. Letters were not even sent until 30 days after I paid. AND the fees are not the cheapest in San Antonio especially when they go to waste!
