Talk with the owner about this situation and waiting to complete 3 round and provide support and results. Be aware of this type of business. I was very impressed with their reviews and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately the same happened with all the other companies that offer you help and results. On my picture, you can see the results of a second-round where mentioned my account with Verizon had been verified. What a surprise I got when I tried personally to contact Verizon and Equifax to solve this and the 2 parties ( talk with supervisors and management) mentioned they had not received any dispute or letter from this company in the past year. I called the credit report and ask for proof of what they had done and they connect me with my case manager and she wasn't able to provide anything to support they had done their job. Don't trust this company please I had to pay way too much money for me and my husband for nothing.

Started 2 months ago. Had some lingering things and already have 3 deletions. So far it’s been as advertised. Great communication too.
