They do a great job of cleaning my white work uniforms and are nice, honest, and hard-working people.

I'm giving them a two bc I took 4 pieces of clothing. I had an expensive jacket they could not find. When they found it, it was with someone else's clothes! I was upset bc they could have given my expensive jacket to someone else. Onr of my other expensive pieces was done right and brushed out right. I won't complain about the money as i acknowledge the cost of good work. When I told them that if they had ironed and pressed one of the blazers they said yes it didn't look like they did. And the lady was condescending and said, " we don't press on Saturdays we pressed again on Monday or get your money back." My clothes had been there for 9 days. I don't have the time to be running around. They should have fixed it on the spot. Thats good customer service. I only went there bc there were no other cleaners near me.
