VOID! Went to pick up and nobody at store even though supposed to be open. Ruined my husbands sports coat. Did lot even remove stain on it and added another white stain that was not there before. Will NEVER go back.

I brought in 11 shirts for dry cleaning. I put on one of the shirts for work this morning and noticed a broken button, so I changed shirts just to discover the other one was stripped of its button.
While the other 9 are fine, I do not think I'll return since I'm worried their machines may be too tough.
Edit: 8 are fine. Found another button on a sleeve that was broken. One of the reserve buttons on another shirt is broken as well. 😓

Ruined 3 expensive women's suit jackets: one shoulder ripped, two pressed very badly and burned, all smelled horrible. Returned and the manager kept the 3 pieces for a week saying they would "look into it." They never called. We went back and they stated they would not return our money nor compensate us. I will never return and will tell everyone of this horrible company. The 3 jackets cost over $125 to replace. Beware!!! Beware!!!
