As part of a larger project, Alamo City Construction replaced all the concrete patio and pool surround. They had to remove all the existing concrete and then pour the new.
The guys who came out were prompt, professional, and very nice. They answered any questions I had (and I had a bunch) and did a great job. They worked on this project for just over 2 weeks and worked hard for each of the days they were there.
I highly recommend Alamo City Construction.
Follow-up:
After 5 months, the job has been completed. Besides the new pool surround and patio/gazebo, Alamo poured the concrete for a room addition. The windows and sliding doors took 12 weeks to arrive (COVID delays), but are now installed. It looks great.
Alamo City Construction is a first-class operation. It's family-owned, so don't be surprised to see the patriarch of the business stopping by the job to check it out. "Dad" Mark and his son Mason work tirelessly to make sure the job is done right. If any problems or questions arise, they will make sure it's fixed to your liking.

My husband and I have wanted to renovate our home but were not sure who to hire and because of that a year passed and nothing was decided on. Than one day we happened to see an Alamo City Construction sign in our Hunters Creek subdivision. We stopped to inquire about the work this company had done, the cost, and asked their overall experience. The home owners allowed us to see the addition of a large bedroom and we were taken aback by the work that was done. It was amazing and the home owners gave big accolades to Alamo City Construction. Also, the owners stated Mark, the owner of the company, was very knowledgeable and straight forward with them. Because of the information that was given to us and the work we saw, my husband and I hired Alamo City Construction to build a 20x20 bedroom, with a small outside patio attached to the bedroom and an additional bathroom. We were very fortunate that everything the prior home owners stated was correct. Mark and his subcontractors were very professional, courteous, prompt, got all city permits and inspections done and constantly kept us updated on the progress of the renovation. Mark, the owner, has an excellent personality, is an outstanding communicator and best of all he returns calls promptly and answers your questions completely and honestly. One of the things I really liked is they cleaned after themselves each and every day. If we ever need further construction projects done, we know who to call.
