        this is not my bank but is my bosses bank so I go there to cash checks with no hassle. Places like h. e. b. consider it a. personal check and I always have an issue so now I just take it straight to the source , no problems. the teller was very friendly and called me sweetheart few times. she was pleasant. I can tell she likes her job. the only bad thing about the experience was the $8.00 flat rate they charge to cash the check! maybe because I'm not a member I'll ask next time.

        I go to open an account and they make me get an appointment for the next day. It turns out that after withdrawing money and giving them all the information, they tell me that they cannot continue because my middle name does not appear on the SSN. I go to Chase and they open it for me without any problem and on top of that with much better conditions I do not recommend this bank to those who want to start their credit reputation in the USA.
