I'm a third-party vendor for the litigation industry and have worked with hundreds if not over a thousand attorneys in the past 15 years. I'm active before, during (I'm actually in the courtroom with attorneys) and after a lawsuit so I get an "insiders" look at how not only the attorney functions but the whole team.
I consider myself lucky that I've been able to work on numerous cases the Tom Rhodes firm has handled. If you have a matter that even has the possibility of going to trial, you'll be hard-pressed to find better representation. From the receptionist, secretaries, associate attorneys to the partners, you'll be impressed how well they know and do their jobs.

I've been working with the Tom Rhodes Law Firm and attorney Erin Oglesby for approximately three years. In spite of all the aggravation that can accompany involvement in a law suit, Erin, her assistant Rose, and the firm as a whole have been a pleasure to work with. Tom Rhodes Law Firm provided excellent service and were easy to approach. I highly suggest their services to anyone looking for attentive compassionate lawyers. I was suffering from depression after my wife's passing and they were very sympathetic to my needs, provided consultation during the proceedings and after a successful trial they followed up months later to make sure me and my family were coping well.
