Not worth $2500. Nobody answers the phone. Voicemail is always full and you can’t leave a message. Cancelled my order 4 days ago and have yet to hear from anyone regarding picking up this machine, getting my refund and my old vacuum back.

We've had or Kirby for almost 20 years and it still works great! I get all my products through this distributor, they've always had what I need. Sorry to hear they are retiring.

Bad job dont work here u will not make what it says they hype u up i promise u if your hard headed you will see people are some what good guys but pay is bad they will be like i believe in you but more then half the profit goes to them and when u wanna leave they will be like no u cant but u just said i make my own hours bunch of people who say one thing and do another dont believe me watch and as u see they went out of business

The customer service is amazing. I left my Grandmother’s vacuum to be repaired and it was ready for pick up within a couple of days. I am unfamiliar with this vacuum and was pleased upon picking up that Becky gave me a crash course on using the vacuum and signs to look for if it needs repairs. Awesome job!
