This is the third time I had to call regarding getting my HOA account payments straight. Associa still cannot credit the correct account for HOA dues. By the way, it is clear Associa uses off-shore customer service. Associa is shipping American jobs overseas to save money. Vote these clowns out of our association.
After reading other reviews I detect a pattern. It's called customer NOSERVICE!

Ana Rueda was great to work with. She was patient, helpful, and responded in a timely manner. She made the process of getting an HOA approval for home enhancements very easy. Thank you.

The customer service is awful at this management company. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with a person, they do not follow HOA policies per each association, they ignore emails and requests from homeowners. All in all this is a terrible HOA management company.

After reading comments its not hard to disbelieve the lack of communication by this office. Specifically Laura Graff and her assistant.
Ive been calling 2xs a week and emailing regarding a violation within the community I live in and just checking status, no reply.
Easy questions, yes they call you back but when you want to check on a status of a violation and what next steps arethey have no communication and are always in a meeting. This isnt ok
