Well I just moved to San Angelo and was trying to refinance an exsiting loan that is ongoing with the same bank but at their branch in Arlington.
now here is the problem 2 different branches totally different rules... so the answer I get from the San Angelo branch is drive and pick up your check from Arlington.
thats not the way to conduct business. and even if you cant give me what I need there is a way to speak to customers.
