Called in Aries pest control to take a look at insects that looked liked ants swarming around our window. Kevin came by and confirmed they were carpenter ants( and not termites) that found a way in after the ice storm and damage to tree branches. We decided to go for a 1 time extermination which included spraying environmentally and pet friendly chemicals over all the baseboards, putting in chemical bait powder around all flower beds, hedges and trees, and knocking off any insect nests. All ths was completed in 1 hour. Kevin was informative, friendly, and answered all our queries. Overall, I liked the user experience with setting up an appointment, responsiveness of the crew, and professional service provided. Services: Home inspection, Ant extermination
