We have used Pat's Cleaning Service for a few of our construction cleaning jobs. Our project manager has been very pleased with the quality of work we have received. The pricing is great, and Pat Valdez is very professional. I enjoy our office visits when she brings her invoices by! Ms. Pat is very responsive to messages and calls. She is quick with estimates, and books our jobs in a timely manner.

Pat is very helpful. She checks in with me to see if I had renters and need the condo cleaned. I frequently get busy and forget to call her! She has also been great when I have a renter leaving and another coming in the same day.
