PCP group initially told they are in network but now sending bill as out of network. Complained to management, was told that I would not have to pay, but still issue is outstanding after 2 months. Also Dr. goes by book and not much professional experience. Very poor service and experience. Would not recommend at all.

Called for an appointment as I recently moved to the area. Representative was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I was calling. She seemed to get irritated that I did not know a specific doctor that I wanted to see, although I said I was open to anyone at the location near my home. Needless to say, I did not make an appointment. If just scheduling an appointment is a hassle for staff, no thanks.

Called to get an appointment since I recently moved to this area and need a pcp. As per the person over the phone no appointments available until Jan 2021. I find this really odd. They cant be that busy until next year!
