I had the most informative conversation with Richard. He was very patient and answered all my questions. When I decided not to purchase anything before I talked it over with my wife he didn't complain once. When he called back at our scheduled time he was very cordial and I was happy to enroll in the plan my wife and I selected and we're glad to know we have an agent that's got our backs when it comes to this health insurance thing... Great job!

When I called I was politely greeted by somebody named Richard. He asked me a few questions about my health and family situation. I could tell he really liked his job and seemed to genuinely care about us. Well he gave me the run down on Obamacare.YUCK! Then because of our good health we had two excellent choices. Short Term Medical with lower premiums and less benefits or a Cost Share with Aliera where for a little more premium we got a whole lot more benefits. We decided on Aliera, but after finding out how much there is to know I will never get insurance without a broker from Health Reform Team again! I hope Richard says around for a long time. Thank you Health Reform Team!
