The requirements of the Money Back Guarantee are designed to give our students the best possible chance of achieving a higher score on the MCAT. When our students fulfill all these requirements – attending all classes and Topic Focus sessions, taking all practice tests (with each section completed within the time allotted for each section by the AAMC), completing all homework according to the schedule and syllabi in the MCAT Student Guide, and taking the official MCAT on or before the recommended test date for their course (usually no later than one month after their course has ended) – they are more likely to obtain an increase in their MCAT scores. We communicate these guarantee requirements to all our students in various ways throughout their course experience – detailed emails from office staff, our MCAT Student Guide, acceptance of our Terms & Conditions at enrollment, and public postings on our website. We acknowledge that you completed a portion of all homework assigned according to the schedule and syllabi in the MCAT Student Guide. In addition, we recognize that you took the official MCAT four months after the recommended test date for your course. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a score improvement if a student does not complete all assigned homework and takes the official MCAT months after their course has ended.While we realize your disappointment that you were not eligible for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee, we are delighted that you chose to extend the online access to your program after qualifying for our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’d like to repeat the course under your Satisfaction Guarantee we’d be happy to honor this any time up to within one year of your last class session.
