image Had a bad experience working at the company. I was fired during the training stage which is quite an American thing to do. I think that firing someone during the training stage and not because of poor tutoring performance is quite unfair. I feel that I was discriminated against because I am not American, a Muslim and not white. I don't recommend working for this company or getting education from there because I don't think that the style of training creates top tutors.

We’re sorry your training experience was not what you expected. We are an equal opportunity employer and take great pride in the diversity reflected in our teaching faculty. Teachers and tutors play a critical role in serving our students, so our training process is designed to ensure every certified instructor meets our rigorous standards for reliability, clear and timely communication, superior content knowledge, and exceptional class leadership skills. Unfortunately, that does mean that not every candidate makes it through our training process to become certified teachers and tutors. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

image I took MCAT course with them and that was really bad. I took their 513 Guaranteed Course but when didnt get that score and asked for a refund they told me that you are not eligible for it. The reason they gave me was how I didnt complete the homework. Interestingly, during one of the classes prior to my test day, the professor himself told us that we shouldnt worry much about the hard passages in the homework and should focus more on the easy one first. Along with that, during one of my conversation with their representative about what i had to do under the 513 Guarantee program, she never mentioned anything about completion of homework. I would never recommend anyone to take their Guarantee Program.

Business Response on Google Jan 31st, 2024
We are certainly disheartened to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience at The Princeton Review. We understand preparing for the MCAT can be stressful, and we strive to assist all our students with navigating this process successfully. The requirements of the Money Back Guarantee are designed to give our students the best possible chance of achieving a higher score on the MCAT. When our students fulfill all these requirements – attending all classes and Topic Focus sessions, taking all practice tests (with each section completed within the time allotted for each section by the AAMC), completing all homework according to the schedule and syllabi in the MCAT Student Guide, and taking the official MCAT on or before the recommended test date for their course (usually no later than one month after their course has ended) – they are more likely to obtain an increase in their MCAT scores. We communicate these guarantee requirements to all our students in various ways throughout their course experience – detailed emails from office staff, our MCAT Student Guide, acceptance of our Terms & Conditions at enrollment, and public postings on our website. We acknowledge that you completed a portion of all homework assigned according to the schedule and syllabi in the MCAT Student Guide. In addition, we recognize that you took the official MCAT four months after the recommended test date for your course. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a score improvement if a student does not complete all assigned homework and takes the official MCAT months after their course has ended. While we realize your disappointment that you were not eligible for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee, we are delighted that you chose to extend the online access to your program after qualifying for our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’d like to repeat the course under your Satisfaction Guarantee we’d be happy to honor this any time up to within one year of your last class session. We encourage you to fully utilize these resources as you continue in your MCAT preparations.
