Great Facility! Well Kept. Clean. Very Professional Staff!! My only concern is that there is no outside dumpster available. Other than that...I enjoyed my Storage Stay.

Had to get one unit in 2020 then a year or so later, another one due to home renovations and then an unfortunate water leak after the renovations! So had to do the reno all over. Our stuff was safe and well taken care of with good climate control, but the rate hikes have been ridiculous! Finally emptied one unit but still have the 2nd one. Also, when my son and husband emptied the first unit a few weeks ago, I was really surprised to learn they knew it was empty immediately and automatically cancelled our contract even before I called! My husband and I both wondered why they would do that. What if we emptied it and were going to turn back around and bring other stuff in?

Moving contents is a pain, so the announced rent increase, which amounts to a 50% increase in a year is really disappointing.
Look elsewhere if you dont want this to happen to you.

I've been at this storage facility since it's open and my goodness! It's been amazing. Huge thanks to Crystal in the office who is very patient and sweet when it comes to customer service. I've change units back to back and she's made it a smooth transition everytime. This facility is clean everytime I come. It was over a year since I've been to my unit and to my surprise no changes and not one pest in site. Love it here! Thank you!
