I had a horrible experience here.
The office is run differently than I've ever witnessed, and I have a medical background.
First there was nobody outside to do a temperature check, so I sanitized my hands and walked in. The lady who was supposed to be doing them was sitting at the front desk and made me walk back outside and take my temperature. Pointless at that point but I did it.I asked where she was when I arrived and was ignored.
She then went to the woman who does checkouts, who thought the plastic partition meant she could talk badly without people hearing her. She loudly stated "I don't know why these patients don't have common sense, but they don't have any. Why would they just walk in?"
I immediately asked her if she was talking about me and told her I was right there and she could say it to me. I asked for her supervisor and told her that she was unprofessional and the person who was supposed to take temperature wasn't in the hallway but sitting behind the desk. As we walked back out, the manager saw it for herself where the lady was once again.
I went back and did my labs and waited. Just to be brought to the back and told they never ordered my infusion. I was supposed to get it the week before but the office staff called and said my doctor had cancelled on me. When I explained after being asked why "I didn't show up the week prior", by Dr Garcia, I found out the doctor was on vacation, but had assigned me to his nurse practicioner. So most likely the staff just didn't want to "deal with patients". I wasted 3 hours and it cost me money .
I asked to speak to someone and was told "You already spoke to the office manager, and she doesn't want to speak to you again." This was a totally separate issue than the rude employee at the front, it was the office not ordering my medicine and blaming it on it not being a constantly used medication and "they would see when they could get it".
I returned 2 weeks later and the staff has their office door propped with the thermometer and sanitizer/masks, which is not how other offices do it.
I asked the receptionist to please make sure they had my meds before I wasted another few hours. While I waited, the same checkout woman was on the phone and being rude to a patient about scheduling. When she hung up with whomever was on the phone, she complained that she didn't know why patients freaked out when their appointments were canceled and they'll get in when they get in.
Excuse me?? Why is she working in a center for oncology, where people with cancer come for treatment? She is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I've ever come across in any physicians office. She hates her job and does nothing to hide it.
The infusion staff were nice, but getting back to them was a nightmare for me.
There are some nice staff mixed in with awful staff, unaccountable and poorly run office.
I will never return.

Dr. Saez is wonderful. He is kind and compassionate and definitely goes to bat for his patients. I had an issue with my first chemo treatment and he addressed it immediately and I never had another problem. In fact, people are shocked when I tell them the chemo treatment was the easiest part of my cancer journey. Dr. Saez told me his goal was to get me cancer free and in late January he told me I was cancer free. I started crying and all I could say was Thank You Jesus! I am so grateful Dr. Saez is my oncologist. He is the best. His front office staff, the lab technicians, and the nurses are top notch. They are very efficient and respect your time. No one wants to go through cancer but if you have to this is the best team to have on your side.
