Dr. Kutz and his staff are not great they are AMAZING!!!! Dr. Kutz listend to my husband's main complaint regarding his pain before doing a thorough exam on him. Dr. Kutz took notes and then explained what he felt would be the best procedure for my husband. We are pleased with the choice we made with Dr. Kutz!!!!!!

I had a spinal fusion and was discharged from the hospital the next morning after surgery before getting up walking or having any lines removed. No pain meds. Pt was sent to home 2days later for treatment. Avoid this Dr. It!s been 2yrs and I!m having low back probiems again with any activily . Avoid this Dr,

Dr. Kutz is amazing! At my initial appointment, he walked me through the results of my imaging and was patient as I decided on a date for surgery. He was clear yet compassionate when discussing the costs and benefits of the procedure. His bedside manner was superb! After my procedure, he came to my room to check on me and my progress personally. I would highly recommend Dr. Kutz!

It has taken me a few years to be able to leave this review because it has been so emotional. Dr. Kutz fused my L2-3 in 2017 then in 2018 he had to go back in fuse my L 45. I expressed the severe pain I was having at my first postop to him. He just said give it time .Before my next postop. I requested an MRI before I came back in. He placed the order I received it, I got the report and the disc, so did he, but he, or his office never called me to discuss the MRI and the problem. They just blew me off, and I have never heard from them again. The report stated that I had a screw coming out hitting a nerve. He never fixed the scoliosis in my back. He should have straightened it. He just followed the curve I am assuming so he could keep doing more and more surgeries on me for more and more money. The pain for eight months before another doctor would even talk to me was a HELL I cant even describe!! , Dr.Kutz also kept me on hydrocodone and gabapentin for 4 years. if you research, it causes permanent memory loss when on it for a long time, It also stops working because we get immune to it, but he didnt care.
I have since found a fabulous neurosurgeon Dr. Blake Staub who straightened my spine like it shouldve been done the first time ..

I was originally to have two surgeries to fuse my lumbar. Dr Kutz operated the right side first. Everything , the surgery, the hospital staff, my recovery everything was exceptional. I used pain meds only the first few days. I did exactly as he instructed and Ive not had any pain nor any problems. Everything has gone so well that the surgery on the left side is not necessary. I cannot say enough about this Doctor and his Nurse! If youve been suffering for years as I have, come see Dr Scott Kutz.
