I didn't shop at the location but the online store isn't any better. I ordered my mom a necklace with her childrens birthstones on it, this was on December 16th and there was no indication at all that there was a Christmas cut off. When I called zales customer service they inform me that the cut off date was the 13th. Hey zales you should put that in big font so people know. This is why I use Amazon for my gift giving and I will use Amazon instead of zales next time! Also they charge you when it ships which is 11 days after you order it so hopefully you don't forget or don't assume they charge you when you submit your order. Seriously zales, why wait till it ships to charge people? Especially when it takes over a week to ship, kinda feels like your screwing over your customers on purpose!

Every time I visit this Zales, I am treated by a friendly staff, and a good selection to choose from. I have never had any issues visiting this Zales. I usually go during off hours so I have never encountered a massive line or crowd at this location.

I am still waiting on my ring. I have checked the tracking number and it wa delivered three days ago. I called two days ago and they said hey still haven't received my ring. A ring which took two weeks to order. I started this process the second week in May. I am very frustrated and will not do business with zales every again.
