The representative was kind but the company processes felt contradictory between chat, phone, and in-branch. I dont think the in-person reps are supported with the info and access they need in order to help people in person. The phone reps had more ability to do things like send a message with an application, etc. I dont think its the rep fault, he was nice and I truly believe he was operating as is expected in-office, but my recommendation is to try to do what you can online. Props to my representative for helping me as I got a bit frustrated.

I have read all bad reviews. So I am not the only one who had a bad experience with Plano Fidelity.
But Fidelity has a great on line support. I will keep on using on line support

I used their services twice in January. Both were pleasant and efficient. Josh was very professional and helpful. Will use this location again.

Ive have had amazing service in the past. Called in with an issue today: Poistion purchase price recorded incorrectly on every instance: FATP, Web and Ph App. I explained it to the rep 6 times but she failed to grasp the symptom. I think she was going off a script, kept repeating same possible R/C even after I explained it wasnt my issue. She went to get auth to make a change then came back and wanted to walk me through assigning lots. The good news its only a reporting problem. My account balance is correct. Zero help
