Easy Breezy Cleaning Service

First time customer with Easy Breezy Cleaning Co. Jacky was my tech and she was the absolute sweetest!! She was super thorough, and Im incredibly grateful for her service! When looking through reviews of cleaners, EBCCs responses to customer concerns stood out to me. Its easy to respond to positive feedback with kindness, but its important to maintain professionalism and respect when responding to issues. EBCC was the only cleaning service I observed that responded to all comments (positive and critical) with respect, professionalism, and a willingness to resolve any customer concerns, as opposed to readily replying to the customer with defensiveness and / or hostility. To me, accountability, respect, and kindness are examples of the foundation of high-quality service, which is not solely about capability. This was ultimately the deciding factor in my choosing EBCC even though they were a little higher priced than others. Additionally, scheduling my appointment online was quick and easy, and Nancy in customer service had prompt and courteous communication. EBCC does request a deposit upfront, which I hadnt experienced before with other cleaners; I would prefer paying in full after completion of the service, but gratefully everything worked out well with my service. Will definitely be using EBCC for recurring service (and requesting Jacky when shes available )!

Update 8/2023. Jacky & Nancy did a lovely job. It is so nice coming home to a fresh smelling house and who doesnt live the vacuum lines! Thank you. Update: the company has called to make things right. I will say they have very kind employees. Unfortunately, I am unhappy with the cleaning service that was provided to me. I paid hundreds of dollars for a deep clean but didnt get all the items listed on their website. I didnt get any more than what I would clean myself on a standard weekend. I have posted pictures of the way I found my house after the cleaning. They did not dust the artwork or the AC vents. They did not dust or wash the doors and door frames. They did not wash all of the windowsills or the baseboards. They did not remove the cobwebs on the windows. They did not vacuum several of the area rugs, and when I checked under the rugs, it did not look like they had mopped under them. I did call the company the same evening after the cleaning and they did not return my phone call. I also responded to their email request for a review where I described the issues and they never responded.

I use Easy Breezy Cleaning Service every other week. Julia is my service technician and she is awesome! She is always on time and is a dog lover, which is a huge plus for me!
