Generator install excellent service!

Contacted with a different generator company October of 2021. They promised generator installation by mid December 2021. They agreed to get city permits as part of contract. Mid December they then starting asking for information saying they needed for permits. Provided it and then in January they came back and said they didnt have the trades necessary to get permits and even when they got them it would be months for an install. I fired them and did not recover all the money I gave them upfront. Expensive lesson.
I then talked to Michael at Premier Generator. He immediately came out and looked at both homes ( both my moms and mine). Got a written quote and he explained that the work by other company was wrong (done with out permits despite contact requirement for permits) and would have to be redone. He assured me I would have a totally different experience with Premier. He was totally right! Michael and his team applied for permits immediately when contacts signed. Told me it would take a couple of weeks to get them. Informed me when permits were approved. Immediately trenched for the gas lines at both houses. Avoided all the other utilities as they had them marked. Installed the generators at both homes on same day. The teams were extremely professional and kept the utility outage to minimum about 3 hours for each gas and electric. Totally cleaned up the job site. Within days got both gas and electrical inspection. They filled the trenches and ensured the generators are set to test each week. Contacted with Premier mid February and totally up and running at both houses on March 30. Great experience! Highly recommend for professionalism and attention to details!

Installed a backup power generator and did a great job. Showed up when they said they would and did a professional installation. Unit works as advertised.
