I don't even live here but am looking for a new apt. when I stumbled upon this hellish nightmare. Couldnt even go online to check rates because their website leads you to a website design company for apartments. Guess they didn't pay for the url???

I just applied for an apt here but now wish id read the reviews first omg i hope they are not that bad .. So far though my experience with the ladies in office has been great there nice and very helpful ..

Hello I live in Aspire Independence Apartments in Plano Tx. Which formerly known as Bel Air Ranch! Currently I have a rat in my bathroom! When I went to speak to the leasing agent, she called maintenance, which said this was not an emergency, pest control was closed and they basically said there was nothing they could do. We found rat droppings and rat poisoning under our kitchen stove( which was there before we moved in) we’ve only been in the apartments, in Dallas Texas for 2 months. We’re just now seeing a rat in our apartment last night. We found a HUGE hole under our bathroom sink ( which is where the rats are coming from) I looked up the apartments reviews and they do speak of the complex being infested with rats and roaches! Which seems to very true! We also have a roach problem as well! We have three little kids at home and this is NO environment for them or us to live in! Someone really needs to look into these apartments and or shut them down completely!!!! There’s so many safety hazards, it’s ridiculous!!!!!! The only reason I moved into these apartments were because I had a prior eviction and needed second chance apartments!! Please please please look into this! I would hate for someone like me, who came from a totally different state, to end up in a horrible situation!!!!!! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but it blew up in my face!! The health department needs to shut this place down!!! ASAP!!!!!!!! And FYI this isn’t an angry tenant that’s just ranting, this is TRUE information! Please take what I’m saying to the heart!!
