Accompanied my mom to her 1st visit, I was very pleased with the staff, the doctor was very kind and gentle with her. I even mentioned that I might need to change pediatric dentist because of how gentle she was. Highly recommend

Made and appointment for my son early morning same day due to swelling and purple gum for a lose tooth and was concerned, they stated I can come in for an x-ray for my son that they had appointments at 3pm, 3:30pm, and 4pm. I made the appointment for 3pm. Got to the office right at 3pm and signed in my son. Time started going by and it was 3:20pm and other people were being called up except my son. Went up to the front desk to see how much longer and she stated its going to be another 20min or so until they call my son up because they are booked. Which means he wouldn't get seen until like 3:45pm almost 4pm but yet I made the appointment for 3pm and he was getting seen for a medical reason and not a cleaning. If schedule was booked why did they state that there was a 3pm available if my son was not going to get seen until almost 4pm? Had to pull my 6yr old son out of school because he was in discomfort, very upsetting that they were taking this long. I never have any issues at the Burke Rd location which is his primary office we go to but they did not have a general dentist there for medical issues today. For sure will never go to the Southmore location, appointments are set for no reason.

Don't go here! The dentist said I needed 8 fillings. I've never had any pain in any of my teeth until she did work on me. I had it done on July 27, 2023, and I still can't eat any hard or crunchy food without feeling pain. There were no cavities detected in my x-ray. I really feel she just wanted a paycheck. I'm really upset that I have to live with discomfort the rest of my life. I've gone back for filling adjustments at least 5 times, and still no relief.
