I went in there today to get some toenail polish for my toes lol. And the young woman that helped me was so awesome. I dont remember her name, but she was so friendly from start to finish and I can see why this place gets such great reviews!

I usually love this spot but this girl lowkey wouldnt stop almost gaslighting to get certain products because their manager was there. They told me to get this certain bleach powder (I didnt want to but I have anxiety so I felt pressured) and it BURNED MY SCALP. I usually use quick blue and not once had this issue. Lucky I dont sue. Stop making your employees recommend things over commission and wait for the customer to ask for help.
