I wanted to start off with thanking Mark and the team for helping me and my family evict some people living with us, and I realize that it all boils down to being patient and letting the law play its role. I spoke to Chris and Mark through the eviction process and were very nice and understanding, sometimes I could get a hold of them, but sometimes I couldnt in which I understood due to them helping other customers. God bless this firm and thank you for helping me and my family.

do not use this law firm. Marc Girling runs a criminal operation here. The positive reviews are fake---from friends or people he paid to write fake reviews. Read the horrible ones----they are very accurate & paint a perfect picture! He won't return any of your unused retainer----they don't answer your phone calls----on my eviction case, they did nothing til the very day before court, & one of his cronies called me & said court is tomorrow at 1 pm....5 second call & charged $68. Moot point, though, because they refuse to return my $750 of unused retainer---plus the $2,200 unpaid rent that they got from the court registry. We went up to the bench in front of the judge, & Girling wrote up a shady
settlement & was chastised by the judge. He re-did it & then wasn't going to give me a copy----til i asked. I'm owed $3K. Court date was Jan. 4th-----3 months ago. I'm calling texas state bar---& may even go higher than that. Girling is worse than the deplorable squatters I had to evict!! BEWARE!!!! He ain't the only dog & pony show in town, folks.

I have been trying to get my 1200 overpayment since November 2022
He still owes me the 1200 that was overpaid
It is now April 4 2023 and he has still not paid me

This is a corrupt law firm. They took a large upfront amount from me, delivered subpar legal services, and have refused to send me the balance remaining now that the work is done. I have called repeatedly and left messages to speak with someone, the staff is consistently turning over and the only quick response I received was when I filed a charge off against them! Beware working with Girling Law.
