Tanya, Debbie and Wilmer are the reasons why I do business with State Farm at this office. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help with any questions or concerns that might come up. I have great confidence in them and their expertise. I consider them to be old friends by now as my husband when he was living and myself have done business with them for many, many years.

Agent Wilmer presented me a vehicle insurance offer to pay less than what I was paying, which was $120. I agreed to it under the presumption that the price stated by the agent would be the rate. I checked my bank account to make sure payments were being widrawn; and to my surprise, the payment for January had not been taken out. So I called the agency and asked if everything was ok. I was told by Wilmer that everything was good and the payment for January was widrawn. I still wasn't satisfied with what he told me, because my bank account was not showing a payment widrawn in January. Today is 2/22/2022 and a payment for the month of February was supposed to be widrawn from my bank account. And it hasn't. So I called again and the agent said everything was ok. I then called the 1-800 number and was told that there was no payment widrawn in January; and that my bill in March was going to be $200. I asked why, and the agent stated that because I didn't install the Drive Safe & Save device & app, I wasn't getting a discount and my insurance policy would go up. I then called Wilmer and he said he had told me about this. I told him that he didn't and that this was showing me the type of person he is because he lured me into a price and now was acting as if he previously told me about the increase. I forgot to mention that I called the office yesterday and twice the call dropped. I was then told their lines were not working. I assumed it was due to what happened & that they where probably just hanging up on me and giving me the run around. Also, Wilmer said one thing; and a lady that answered the phone said another; but the agent fdomexplained what was really going. So the payments have not been widrawn because of the payment increase. I told Wilmer if he would be humble enough to say that he didn't tell me I had to install the device to get the price he was quoting me, then I would've gladly agreed to install it even though he lured me into a fake price.
