We needed to sell dads house and contacted Brooke. She understood we were out of town and proceeded to take care of everything. Guided us to companies to get the house cleaned/plumbing repairs and listed it and had it sold in two days at a fair value. She saw to all our needs, answered all our questions, was available and took a genuine interest in us. We were very pleased with process and would recommend her without reservation.

We used this agency when we bought our home 18 years ago so, when we decided to sell we automatically decided to use them again.
Unfortunately, there were many issues including being asked my political affiliation and that was the last straw for us. It wasn't that I was asked but, her follow-up. When exactly did selling a home become something political.
We also had major issues with responsiveness. Sometimes days would go by. We also had to ask for an open house after weeks of being on the market.
I wish this company well but, they need to think about professionalism with their clients.
After going with a new realtor, it was sold within weeks.
