      image Not sure who the middle aged woman is that typically closes the store and parks her personal vehicle at the front door but she is so unprofessional it's insane. This was my 4th-5th time encountering her and how she still has a job there is beyond me. Went in at 7:15 once and she sighed loudly and said "we close soon just so you know". This time time she locked everyone in the store at 7:42 when they close at 8 and then complained loudly to the customer in front of me in line about how she should just quit. Was throwing bags and clothes around and having a tantrum. Then finished my transaction and said "I'll be right there the door is locked." I'm sure she intended to finished with the other customers she had locked into the store first though. Catos is becoming infamous for POORLY behaved employees. It's sad.
