I would give the doctor at Niles Vision a higher rating but overall Sears Optical is terrible. The staff are attentive and helpful but don’t get ripped off my contacts were marked up $100 & three weeks to get in. Shopping around will save you money and time.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I sat in this place for 2 hours and never got Joy to verify my insurance for my contacts which she could have done online so she got my phone number and said she would call me back which she never did. I had my glasses picked out and wanted to pay for everything at the same time. I called 1st thing today and joy is off of work so I spoke with another female who promised me a call back within 30 minutes. It’s after 3pm now and I called back and she is telling me she’s been busy all day. There’s NEVER anyone in there anytime I’ve been in there aside from the people that work in there! This place is HORRIBLE!

I was visiting in this location for the
last four years . Dr Sara Jonh is
excellent . However their optical
department is horrible. The lady,
the supervisor thinks that she is
the C E O of Sears. She never care
about company's promotional
offer. Lack of sales knowledge and
aggressive attitude. I never go to
this place again.

Lourdes is very unprofessional, speaks. More than she needs to was there looking for glasses and was telling me they were to expensive. Where ever she is getting her adderalls from she needs to chill

The ladies there have always been patient and professional with me. Where else can you get a whole different pair of glasses if you don’t like your first choice? I think they are great. I’ve been going there several years. 🤓👍🏽
