David was extremely rude. I stood there for 5 minutes, while he was talking to his co worker about random things, waiting for him to tell me what he needed from me. for me to end up asking what he was waiting on and say you with an attitude. Not to mention he rolled his eyes at me when I was clearly trying to figure out what I needed to do for the shipping. Do not go here!! these 2 men clearly hate their jobs and working with people!

I had such an unpleasant experience. Staff was not ready to print prepaid labels. Very inexperienced staff and had to explain everything

FedEx told me to come drop off package here that I cancelled. the cs rep lied to me and would not take the package.

Wish they have Notary service too. I like this location, friendly staff and perfect location.
