When they came out to look at our bathroom for a quote he didn't write a single thing down and also took zero measurements. Once he left we never heard from them again. We never received a quote or call back.

Chris does fantastic work at the right price. He remodeled our master bathroom, added a standalone bathtub, re-tiled the entire bathroom, removed wallpaper, created a huge shower, the list goes on. He was responsive, spent time explaining and most importantly the price never changed. We couldn't be happier.

We called The Bath Pros because of a referral from a friend. We scheduled a quote visit for 10:30 on a Saturday. By 10:45 we had heard from them, so we sent a text asking about the appointment. We got a response saying they were headed our way. 30 minutes later, we got another response saying they were just now leaving. They finally showed up an hour after our scheduled appointment. When he did show up, he wasn't wearing a mask. I asked him to put one on since my 87 year old mother was visiting. He had to go back to his truck to get one, Once inside, he was courteous and discussed ideas for remodeling our master shower. When he had all the information that he needed I asked when we would receive his quote. He stated that we would have by the end of the day. It has now been a week and we have heard nothing from them. An hour late for the appointment, no communication initiated by them to let us know they were running late, no mask when they showed up, no quote afterwards. My interaction with The Bath Pros was a complete waste of time. I recommend that you don't waste yours.

We selected this contractor from 3 contractors. We chose Chris because of his experience in remodeling and what other customers said about his work. He did an excellent job in remodeling our master bathroom. The work included tearing out our old shower and rebuilding a Beautiful larger one. In addition, he installed new tile in the bath and master closet, painted the bathroom, installed new faucets in 3 bathrooms, Tiled a larger backsplash around our bathtub, and laid wood floors in our master bedroom and so much more. This was a large project. Chris was here everyday, on time and a pleasure to work with. He gave us great ideas when we weren’t sure what we wanted. The price for the work was very reasonable. We have already asked him to do more work for us in the next few weeks. We highly recommend him for any home project. Our parents were moving in with us and we wanted to get our shower redone (for accessibility) in a hurry, but we didn't want a drop-in shower, so we contacted The Bath Pros. Cole and his team did a great job demoing and rebuilding the shower so it was more useful for us, and left everything clean and sparkling. We're very happy with the finished product.
