We have gone to two different locations and sadly there is only one person at each that makes it even slightly worth the money. I pay more for my toddlers haircut than my husband pays at the barber to get his head shaved and beard trimmed. The only reason I continue to bring him here is because I feel like he'll sit better here. At first I was just being charged a regular haircut and then they started charging me extra for the little line in the haircut. Apparently we seemed to just get lucky every time we scheduled and would get the lady we like. The last time we were in I was told she couldn't take us because she had appointments that asked specifically for her. You cannot choose online who you want so if you find someone you like I suggest you call in to make appointments or schedule in advance with that person. I was very upset last time when we didn't get the lady we liked, it didn't turn out as I had asked especially when paying around $30 for a 3 year old haircut.

I brought my 2 year old in for a haircut today and asked for shoulder length cut, she had pretty long hair as this was her first ever haircut. Well unfortunately my toddlers hair was completely chopped off up to her ears as the end result. The initial big cut was already too short and I believe the stylist, Lisa, tried to shape her hair out and clean up the edges but she just kept cutting more and more length I had to ask her to please just stop cutting.. trimming to make the hair even is one thing but this was a total botch and chop job. She even recognized that this was way shorter than I asked for. My older daughter was set to go second and my daughter wanted her hair shoulder length as well, but I didnt let her cut off beyond an inch, so basically a trim for her long hair. I was nervous after the first go around that it would be another botched cut. Unfortunately I think this stylist needs more training on basic hair cutting and recognizing how long a client is requesting a cut for. Its easier to cut less and slowly trim rather than just take scissors and immediately cut most of it, at that point theres no going back. I was holding onto my toddler so while she did move a bit, she wasnt extremely squirmy therefore this cut wasnt impossible to complete. Her hair is extremely short and choppy looking now compared to her long locks beforehand and Im very disappointed. Service: Haircut
