Update: Their director of marketing and business development contacted me and she is a wonderful listener. I still did not get representation but she did send me a referral so we'll see what happens. This was last week and I'm still getting phone tag from the lawyer she suggested. I've updated the rating to a two because of her efforts.
My experience with this group is as follows:
1. They talk over you and do not listen. I could hardly get a word in as they rattled off their gibberish.
2. The first quote for a retainer fee was $10,000 and I was offered a $250 consultation fee. After some thought, I requested a consultation and I was told they could not help me unless I paid a $7500 retainer fee (notice the change?).
3. After reminding them that I was previously offered a consultation, I was told it would cost $195 (notice the next change in cost?).
4. I received a call from the owner stating she's the only one who handles appeals (even though Mr. Fine, the lawyer I spoke with previously, told me he could help me - for the $7500 retainer fee) and she doesn't have time.
This firm sounds crooked even as they deal with people who obviously need help. I'd be careful when hiring them. Interview many attorneys and find one that listens!

I called the Ramage Law Firm to get a counsel on a small family matter and they were so honest and nice about giving me some free advice over the phone to handle a few things on my own first and if we hit any road blocks or need additional help that would at that point require an attorney to call them back. I was grateful they didnt just take my money and sign me up. Class act and honest.

To say Im mind-blown by how helpful & kind Amy was would be a serious downplay. She informed me fully & efficiently. Her help was a literal burden being lifted & a calm to my anxiety. I know where I stand in everything because of Amys legal advice. Im very grateful.

Whoever is planning to use this firm please ask them specifically not to work with Sanette to avoid over billing.
Read review from Leslie Vickrey, she is right about collecting all sort of documentation which are never required or used but reviewed by everyone and got billed for it.
Also, i was told owner will have a meeting with me, it took them 3 months to schedule one and after hearing all the complains they gave me $450 dollars off, despite the fact that Sanette caused me thousands of dollars in extra billing.
Please make sure you don't talk unnecessary things which don't get used in the case itself to avoid extra billing hours.
3 star is just because Gwen is better lawyer than many, hence i cannot give less than 3 star.
