I found this place through a Google search for adolescence therapy and after reading the reviews I called for an appointment. I was extremely happy they could get me in 2 days after calling for a parent consultation with the therapist my son would be seeing. At that time I was also able to schedule an appointment for my son to start the following week with him. I was relieved seeing how desperate I was to get my son in and started ASAP. Everything went great with my consultation, sons appointment went great and I needed to make another appointment but his appointment was after hours so I called the next day to request one and no answer, ok so I left a message and it said they would return my call. No call back so before they closed the next day and before the weekend came I called again, no answer so I left another message. Monday no call back and finally on Tuesday I talked to someone, only because I called them AGAIN. So guess they don’t in fact return calls. During my conversation I found I could not make another appointment with his new therapist until a whole month and a half later. Let me repeat that, a month and a half later until the next availability! How is it you can get a new patient consultation in the same week and then a 1st appointment the following week to start something and then not again for over a
Month later??? Why are you allowing new patients with no warning or heads up, ESPECIALLY adolescents??? This is not right and extremely disturbing and makes me sick. This is down right playing with peoples emotions, not something I would’ve expected to ever happen from this kind of establishment. Extremely angry and disappointed. Now I have to tell my son, who just poured out his heart to one therapist, he has to do it again. He’s the victim him. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would’ve. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

Make sure you read your contract. If you cxl an appointment on the same day, not even no show you will be charged $145.00. Which can not be filed with insurance. This will not be communicated to you when you call to cxl or reschedule your appointment. Seems like bad business, but business must be the priority. Disappointing.

Love this place! The people behind the desk are always smiling and eager to help in any way they can. Some of the best therapist and Doctors work here. I saw Dr. Chandrasekaran last week and she is one of the nicest, knowledgeable Doctors! Spends time with you and helps you with what you need!
