A special thanks to Mario who did my heart sonogram on 4/2/24, while i was in ICU it was a pleasure talking to you, thank you for beign the great person you are, God bless you always.
Keep smiling :) All staff was very nice& professional, the hospital looks very nice& the food.....is simply delicious.

My mom was in Regional last Sunday to yesterday! She was in icu the first 4days. The care she got in icu was absolutely superb! Francisco, Katherine, Jeff, and Joey were compassionate, helpful, sympathetic and loving! I observed Francisco working with 2 students from utrgv who were shadowing him! He was an excellent teacher! These nurses showed what the nursing profession should be! They performed their assignments well beyond any thing we expected!!! Thank you so much!

We took our daughter into the ER over Easter weekend. Of course by the time we got there, her issue seemed to resolve and she was more relaxed. The provider Sergio Lozano was the provider who attended to us and he was wonderful. He took my concerns as her mother seriously, assessed her as well as ordered tests to be done. He was able to help us and quickly discharge us.

Almost all good. Except the icu nurse named Rafael. You need people with empathy working with patients that are in critical condition
