We had them level our older little house that we will be fixing up to rent. Half of it is sitting on piers and that part needed leveled. It did get leveled but only thing I dont still like is that some piers are not aliened enough inside underneath the house. So if we want to build it a skirt around it we cant because piers stick out. I am not happy with that. We were there through all the process and men dont seem to care much how they results end up. To much money for this!!

Our house had a foundation work done by Aztec in May 2023, which was about 3-4months ago. Our side door was hard to open with foundation issue. Now it doesnt even close properly after foundation work.
I noticed new cracks inside and outside my house and my yards are big mass now.
I am not sure if this is their standard after I spent over $20,000 on the project.
The company said that they will take care of the ongoing issue so hopefully things will get resolved after re-do their work.
I will post an update if everything goes well. Until then, I just wanted share my unpleasant, not satisfactory experience with some people looking for a good foundation contractor in the valley.
Pictures after work have been attached for the reference.
*** UPDATES ***
Aztec contractor came back and discussed ongoing issue. The house is leveled perfect as per Aztec contractor and they recommended to wait till next February 2024.
Still some new minor cracked notes around house but it is something expected due to elevation stress as per Aztec tech.
Not properly done tile works will be re-done as per Aztec.
