I unfortunately went into a year long contract with trufit & counting down the days to get out of it.
When I joined I went through the 3D scan & immediately sat down with the trainer, thinking my results would be great. I’m 5,8 157….the trainer told me I was obese for my age range and then Proceeded to tell me about how I could sign up for personal training with him. UNREAL.
Below are photos of me….clearly not obese.
I joined this gym to enjoy a workout during the hot summer months.
