I am extremely disappointed in Rodriguez flower shop. They did not deliver my wifes flowers on Valentines Day as I had ordered in advance. They did not even bother to call till the next day. I have had issues with late deliveries in the past but this was the last straw. Flower arrangements are well done but they are unreliable and not worth the potential hassle/stress.

My husband ordered me some flowers for Valentine's Day, and the arrangement was beautiful, however the service wasn't it's best. They took a long time to deliver , towards the late afternoon,and when my husband did reach out , to see what the delay was, they were very rude and not very helpful on the phone. He told them to leave them at the door and they said if nobody was home, we would have to pick them up at the shop ourselves. Not too happy with the service and he said he would not order again. I understand Valentine's Day is a busy day, but there is no need to be rude or unpleasant. The arrangement was nice, but did have some flowers that were wilted down and not vibrant. Not too pleased with the service.

Do not get your flower arrangements from this place. They did not fulfill my order for Valentines after being paid. Even after showing my order number they couldn't tell me in what process it was. Staff told me they only started working there that day and someone in front of me was getting his refund because they didn't fill his order either. Some lady came in and said she was the manager, wouldn't apologize for anything.
Again, don't give this place your business. They don't deserve it.

I gave Rodriguez Flowers a 1 star but I would have left 1/2 a star. They are horrible. I ordered roses to be delivered to my daughters work on Valentines Day 2024. They were never delivered. I never received a call from them to let me know that they werent going to be delivered. I had called that day in the afternoon and was told that they roses were in the delivery truck and were to be delivered on Valentines Day. They never were. I will never use this flower shop ever!!!

Im in California but my wife and family is in Texas I ordered online Flowers for my wife for her bday and I spoke with Jennifer from Rodriguez Flower Shop just to be sure it will be delivered and she assured me and true to her words my wife received the flowers as expected and beautifully decorated and arranged as shown in their website. thank you Jennife thanks for your help and assistance .great service reliable and highly recommended KUDOS to you all
