Outstanding Customer Service! My family and I were renting a house in Kingsland when our boat quit working and would not start. That same afternoon, Bryan sent someone over to the house to see if they could fix at the dock. Unfortunately to much repair needed to fix in the water. So Bryan then had someone come out the next morning and tow us to the boat ramp. No other place in town was able or willing to help.

This place is a scam! Please google Tropical Marine and Aquasports Headquarters in Kingsland Tx. The owner Bryan Gantt has had to many felony charges to hold a Marine Dealers License in Texas so he had to put the company in another persons name. If you do business here, I guarantee they will be getting a bad review from you as well.

This place is a pathetic. They have old used boats that's don't work properly. They sale junk. No one in their right mind would ever buy a boat from Bryan. He was in the jail log just the other day for theft of service and has been several other times before. This guy is the epitome of douchebag.

Having sold many boats, airplanes and autos in my lifetime, the absolute worst sales rep was with my recent "nightmare" experience. Which was with the incompetent, deceiving, thieving??, irresponsible, unfair and lying owner of Tropical Marine in Kingsland, Bryan Gantt. I understand this is his rotten routine! Don't make him angry! He gets frantic!

Can't speak to the other reviews - our multiple experiences with them are quite satisfactory. Bought s boat from them, discovered a few minor problems which were promptly corrected at no charge. Had them winterize the boat, reasonable charge quickly done. They've been nothing but friendly and professional to us. You'll have to decide for yourself.
