Well like most of the people who trying to get scheduled or reschedule can't get a live person to call you back. I called to reschedule because I couldn't make the scheduled appointment. All I kept getting a recording and is still waiting for someone to call me for semi annual follow up appointment.

Impossible to get through to someone. But Dr McMichael is very very good Dr. And Shayla Stewart P/A is really nice. Just hard to reach someone.

My son was trying to get an appointment. At first, no one answered the phone. Then several days later, someone answered but hung up on my son. There are tons of doctors available in DFW area. So we found someone else. Not sure how this doctor keeps patients when he has office personnel that doesn't know how to answer the phone.
