Ive been a member here since 2011. Always enjoyed the place. Things are bound to break and when they did in the past, issues were quickly resolved. Both the wet and dry sauna in the mens locker room are out of order. Drinking fountain making noises like its going to go out. The mens room lockers jam half the time, so you have to call and wait for somebody to come with the key to get in. Its never been this bad!

For $150 a month I shouldn't be improvising my workouts to compensate for a lack of equipment. For $150 a month I should have access to at least the same tier of equipment as a Metroflex. Hoist and TexhnoGymb are the brands I expect to see in hotel gyms, not the most expensive gym I've ever been a member of. Can we not have a PitShark? Can we not get some Hammer Strength machines? I feel like I bought a gym membership from Wish.

I love coming here. I really like the layout of this one.
The hot tub and sauna can be shared with men and women. But there are also saunas and steam rooms in each gender's locker room.
Please keep the deviled eggs as an option in the caf. They are delicious.
