Ok so lets start at the beginning. I got there at 9 as it states on the website. When I got there I said I just wanted some info to see if I could apply for low income housing they said they only open at 10. So I waited the hour. At 10 they said they were in a meeting so I waited again. Then I was informed that I have to come back 1-2 for the waiting list. So again I brought my daughter with my salary and tax info to see if I qualify. Very angrily and rudely I was told they cant show me any townhouses because there are none available. Didnt even offer a floor plan nothing. I asked if they could look at my info to see if I would qualify they said absolutely not I need to pay the $100 deposit. I understand the waiting list I understand they want the deposit to hold your spot, how am I suppose to put down $100 for a place Im serious about without knowing what my rent would be, what the floor plan is or even if I could qualify!!! Im poor man $100 is a lot for me to put down right now. No information was given at all. And they were unruly and rude I patiently understood and was just asking questions and literally she got all agitated. If this is how you are treated before you move in I dont think its where Ill ever go. Just because I am poor and in a bad situation does not mean people can treat me like this. I waited patiently without complaint and then Im literally shouted at for asking questions? Take what little you have and go elsewhere. They literally just want your money

Let me be the first to tell some reading this; that this property is absolutely managed by an amazing manager named Beatrice! Every time I have visited the office, she has always remain professional, efficient, and eager to help!
I would highly recommend this place to live!!!
