        I called to let Woodbridge know that some of my windows were leaking and they told me they couldnt find where I purchased the windows from them then proceed to tell me that I had to pay up front for them to come and fix. Which I dont think I should have to since they shouldnt be leaking water on the inside if they were sealed right, but I never heard from them again

        We have a defective window, a representative came out 4 months ago and told us he was ordering a new window. We have not heard from them since. We had all our windows replaced 2 1/2 years ago. Here is a picture of the sand leaking in from the defective window. I would not recommend them. Service: General window replacement
