The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and called me back with all the details on our reservation saving me a headache, money and time at the last minute after being cancelled on twice in one day by U-haul. We were able to get our moving truck smoothy with out any issues and I appreciate the service from here.

This was the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I made a reservation for a rental truck over a month ago and yesterday go to pick up my truck. First off, the guy working (older, white hair) was NOT wearing a mask and was clearly on a personal conversation (with his daughter maybe). We stood there for about 3 minutes before he says oh well a customer just walked in so I have to go. I then said I was there to pick up my rental truck and he shrugs and says I dont have a truck. Confused, I asked what was going on and how I could get a truck. All he did was slide me a pamphlet with customer services number on it and tell me that I could call them. Customer service then told me that I would have to drive far to pick up a different truck, but that they would call me back in two hours with a location! Once I got off the phone with them, the front desk guy pulls up a report and nonchalantly goes see? This guy tomorrow is supposed to come get a truck, but I dont have one for him either!
Budget ended up having to pay for the difference in price for a Uhaul. Do NOT use this company and this front desk guy needs to be fired for his blatant disrespect and lack of customer service.
